I had tried everything online to promote my business - PPC, SEO, Twitter, Facebook. I was struggling. Then someone told me about Craigslist. At first I was skeptical when it came to Craigslist. I had browsed the site before and many of its ads seemed shady, as though they had been written by bots. But I figured since it was free advertising I had nothing to lose. I set up an ad in the computer section and was quite suprised with the results. By the end of the first week I had made over 200 dollars from hits I had gotten off of the website alone. I have since broadened my advertising to local newspapers and the yellow pages, but if it weren't for craigslist I would have never had the confidence to take that next step. I recommend anyone who is on the fence about this site to go ahead and give it a shot. |
